Testimonial #1: Medical Alarm or Not?

12th March 2010 at 3.21am. We received a medical alarm from a client – Nathaniel Braithwaite in Diego Martin, in the wee hours of the morning. When our Monitoring Room responded Mr. Braithwaite reported that a relative was behaving violently at a family gathering.

At 3.26 am upon the client’s request we contacted the Four Roads Police Station, #16587 PC George responded to the call and arrived at the residence in less than thirty minutes. At 3.50 am Ms. Wendy Edga of the same residence was contacted and she confirmed that the police had arrived and were effectively handling the situation, the matter was later resolved.

Because of the Vigilance system the client was able to discreetly alert us, by simply pressing a button and requesting help.

Testimonial #2: While you are away, is your home protected? With Blink Vigilance it is!

On 14th December 2009 at 3.49 p.m. a burglary signal was received from a Mrs. Murray’s residence in Arima, because of the zoning feature of the system, our Alarm Center detected that the back door of the home had been tampered with. Immediately operators attempted to contact her, but calls to both fixed and mobile lines went unanswered. At 3.50 p.m. operators then attempted to contact her son Kahfra, who also shares the residence, after several attempts contact was finally made. Mr. Murray gave his password and gave instructions to contact the police since he too was not at home.

At 3.59 p.m. the Pinto Road Police was contacted, #14695 PC Persad responded to our reports and visited the Murray residence. Reports state that one of the doors had indeed been tampered with and were now slightly open, hence the alarm alert. Further investigations proved that an attempted robbery was aborted by the blaring siren of the alarm. Mr. and Mrs. Murray thanked the Alarm Center and the Police for the prompt response and their Vigilance!

Testimonial #3: Medical Emergencies Arise at anytime, be prepared with Vigilance.

On the 13th of March 2010 at 10.00 a.m. the Alarm Center received a medical alert from our client, Mr. Nunes in Cascade. Upon contacting him, he confirmed that an employee of his home-based catering company had an accident and his finger had been severed, he was bleeding profusely.

EHS was contacted at 10.04 a.m. and an ambulance was immediately dispatched. All the while, contact was maintained with Mr. Nunes keeping him abreast of the situation and ensuring that the victim was still conscious.

Thirty minutes later the situation was under control, EHS medics had arrived at 10.26 a.m. stabilized, treated and transported the victim to the Port of Spain General Hospital. Mr. Nunes stated that he was rather happy with the service Blink Vigilance is providing and our response time.
